Wireless is Down

Restart Access Point by unplugging ethernet cable plugged into POE side of injector.1.) Locate POE Injector (usually in a network closet)
2.) Unplug cable plugged into POE labeled port. AP will immediately lose power.
3.) Plug cable back into POE port.
4.) Wait 3-5 minutes as AP restarts.

Internet is Down

Unplug Cable Modem (pictured below) and plug it back in. Wait 3-5 minutes to see if issue is resolved. If not continue below.

Restart Router

Unplug Router and plug it back in. Wait 3-5 minutes to see if issue is resolved. If not call 252-558-1280 for assistance.
